For your record I never authorized US gov to access any of my research dated after 2004. Main subject, in 2005 as a civilian I witnessed Hacking & Terror/Organized Crime recruitment ops. I refused to take part & reported terrorism activities & stalking to DHS in 3 different states.

BIO Frequencies Telecommunication Experiments on Brains.

Designing Thoughts & Thought Transfer experiments.

Engineering Addiction.

Other Frequencies & BIO weaponries testings on civilians & as said it included satellites as in "Space Weaponries".

Signs were frequencies & waves related unusual ( Death, Illness, ADD, ADHD, Accidents, Agitation, Prejudice, Desire, Paranoia, Fear, Compulsiveness, Child IQ, Concentration, Impulsiveness, repulsiveness, indecisiveness, Dreams, pain, genital stings, nightmares, weight, hunger, thirst, headackes, bone structure/ teeth deformity, eyes/heart/cells desorders/memory) ISSUES.

Birth Records hacking and "Social_Group_Look_Alike_Immitation" issues.

Cyberterrorism & weather issues.

At this point I believe FP George W Bush gov didn't know of my claim of these crimes. After reporting to DHS torture went bad & worse after my studies proved experiments were of Man_designs , treason, espionage & behind :

War crimes in"Iraq" & similar issues in " Afganistan, Yemen, Libya, Latin America, Israel, Syria" & riots in "Morocco,Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt , Turkey, Russia, China, Spain & France" & probably other nations including US & UK.

Gun Related Death/Violence/Rape/ Addiction/ Traffic Related Death & Divorce rates in Illinois, California & probably other regions as well.

Plus it cld be attempts to tople US Congress & other governments through Thoughts Predesign & Thought Transfer.

I said "It cld be" because confirmation is pending USSC Justices, Congress, Late Justice Scalia & Senator McCain families's testimonies. 

More in to other crimes : As you shldve seen & can verify in 2010 again I was * forced* to relocate as a pro_Israel_non_muslim_Asylum_seeker to Tunisia during instabilities to be subjected to the same abuse & probable death where in 2012 US Embassy & Gov were again informed of ( Unauthorized release of ID & Court Records plus FOIA & Confidentiality Agreement violations ) danger internationally yet as of January 2020 I am still terrorized & victimized by a multiple homocides conspiracies, organized crime & government cons& terrorists who I can't find a term to describe how corrupt, sadistic, nihilist, lying under oath, Antisemite & cruel they were & are.

As you shldve also noted: This isn't about filing a report/ a case nor a trial but about officials covring up crimes in progress.

Clearly the already notified US Attorney General doesn't have an answer to :

Why my prima_facie case & evidence are neglected & who hacked it?.

How long it's too long for an "honest mistake"to become a weapon of a crime in progress"?.

Why US gov havent replied to my cries for help & settlement?.

Yet the most important question is "Why the US gov are watshing me being killed slowly each & everyday as result of their violations?.

Being defamed & Intentionally exposed to extrajudicial killings.

Targeted, robbed, seeking your urgent actions & not only writing as a lawsuit applicant or future applicant.

I hope also you can see that this case isn't about past injuries because I am being injured daily including this moment of Wednesday January 29 2020)...

 

PS * The interesting parts in this testimony  are :

First after filing reports & cases in US 2005 & Tunisia 2011 I was persecuted in US & Tunisia as if I never had cases & charges filed.

Second my identity was leaked by both governments.

Third the Publishing of this article always was followed by Terrorism, Cyberstalking and Conflict of Interest which both governments never had time to verify*.
