I left toward Social Development to see presiding official ( Mbarki Sonya) replacement called ( Soulaf ) . A male & a female official at an office told me ( Mbarki Sonya ) will be arriving in a bit who I was told yesterday she ll in SS building as a replacement . Miniutes later , an unidentified official , secretary , told me again she won't be coming & I was directed to ( Mbarki Sonya) replacement office ( Soulaf ). Official ( Soulaf ) was in her cubic with two other officials & told me to wait for ( Mbarki Sonya ) to come in a bit , again who the secretary just told me she is not coming at all since yesterday ...
