Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Truthfulness, Freedom of Expression and Judicial's Authority.

Administrative, Legal, Bureaucratic and Judicial's Authority process of most cases of ( Defamation, Verbal Abuse, Belittling, Demeaning, Immorality and Ethics related Offenses) is * too* similar to the process of the cases of ( Fabricated Crimes, Entrapment and Framing used by Dictatorships to oppress Dissidents, Criticizers, Activists and target Liberties).

Especially in their :

Approach.

*Used* Intellectual Status and Rationality.

Also the Nature of the Ways of How ( Judicial's Authority competencies) were and are Convinced and Embrace Convictions.

As well as their *Organized * Perceptions of Freedoms and in particular Freedom of Expression.

The reason why I believe that most cases that involved physical and verbal Freedom of Expression Generally and in particular Right to ( Self Defense, Strike, Protest ) and Freedom of ( Movement, Affiliation, Association and Gathering) were and still "are" Judicial's Authority and Judges unforgivable mistakes and shldnt be forgiven nor forgotten mistakes.

The issue is similar to the trick of ( Using Judicial's Authority for Personal Interest, Physical and Political Elimination or Extrajudicial killings) as exposed by the history of ( Sentencing in Absentia, Due Process Deprivation and Conflict of Interest related trials or Not up to Basic Standards trials) which depended on Lying as practiced by Sadistic Officials and Judges of the eras of Benali, Bourguiba, Kais Said , other dictatorships and corrupt governments.

Yet the real issue is about Credibility and Truthfulness Generally ( and not about Judges and Judicial's Authority themselves ). It connects Judicial's Authority * missing* Consistency and Independence to the Lying infested in many nations and in particular in Tunisia's society.

* Which I noted as ( Catastrophically beyond Imagination)*.

* Unfortunately in this particular case, a Professional Socialogist or Psychologist is needed to reveal the * Meanings* and * What is Beyond* the Lying Rates in Tunisia and in some third world nations as explained in Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui theories :

Intellectual Status.

Rationality.

Consciousness's Boundaries.

I truly believe the real catastrophy in this reality is the fact that all Governmental Authorities, Dictatorships and even Reformers targeted civilians as individuals but didn't target the disease itself, Lying that *can't be separated from Ignorance*.

Personal Notes : * Ending Dictatorships or Corrupt Offices will not put an end to the Procedures nor the Law that allowed Dictators and Corrupt Officials to reach and stay in their titles*.

I emphasize on * I believe all Authorities weren't aware or they aren't aware that they targeted or they are targeting individuals instead of Lying, the disease itself*.

* Unfortunately I believe they are so ( corrupted or Systematically convicted) to a level they , themselves, can't remain on their chairs nor on their spree of Negligence, Oppression, Injustice, Corruption or Ignorance without Lying*. *That is a very concerning fact*.

The sad painful truth is :

First, I never heard about a Leader or Reformer exposing Lying or Calling to Fight Lying.

Second, * Sadly there are no Ignorance, Crime, Corruption, Human Rights Violations, Injustice nor Negligence without Lying*.

*Logically (If there is not one Reformer or Leader who exposed or exposing Lying as a grave problem and Calling to Fight Lying) simply and catastrophically means:

Most known leaders cldnt and still can't see the real problem.

They aren't Qualified.

They are Systematically Prototyped.

They Lack Consciousness.

They are Delusional, Corrupt, Ignorant or Liars themselves*.

Unfortunately, I believe that the same analysis applies on Freedom of the Press, Expression and Social Medias due to the fact that they compose an agency capable of either :

Joining Truthfulness, Truth and Reforms by displaying a fact or *all* ( Fact's sides intact) as it is socially and expose corruption.

Or 

Joining Lying by ( Holding certain sides) covering up Lying and so Ignorance, Crime, Corruption and Injustice as reflected by the humiliating degrading history and reality of Tunisia's Press and Media.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Truthfulness, Rationality, Humanity and Judicial's Authority.

It is necessary to fundamentally analyse and comprehend what these facts mean :

First fact, ( The Rationality, Intellectual Status and Mistakes) behind most nations's reality and Social Disasters like Tunisia don't mean corrupt and ousted Dictatorships only. 

In fact it means there are Sadists ( Who  Lacked Human Values, Lacked Consciousness, of Inconsistent *Ill_developped* Intellectual Status, of Irrational Convictions, Lacked Credibility and Rationality, are Liars, *Can't be and shldnt have been trusted*, Danger to Civilians and Humanity) founded many Institutions and in particular academically approved Competencies who ran or are currently runing Judicial's Authority, calling for Governmental and Judicial's Reforms and Catastrophically *today* presiding government top offices.

Second fact, unfortunately these founders and competencies were * yesterday's* ignorants who Judicially labled Right to ( Protest, strike, an opinion, associate, affiliate, gather, select and expose corruption, torture and human rights Violations  ) as ( Public Enemy, National Security Threats, Harming Government Repeatation and Affairs, Destruction of Government Property, Attempt to Change Governing System, Treason, Coup Attempts and Insulting an official or a Mighty Leader) and destroyed the lives of millions.

The truth is : I believe these societies are incapable to comprehend what ( If these ignorant competencies were returned to Dictatorships's eras they wld've returned to same practices in the name of the law and wld've been proud) means.

I also believe most Societies are incapable of comprehending the meaning of the sad painful disaster is the fact that  *if* Parliament approves today :

Legalizing Slavery Law.

Legalizing Holocaust Practice Law, Legalizing AntiSemitism or Abuse Jews Law.

Colonizers's Eras Law.

Law Prohibiting Breathing Oxygen.

These blinded competencies wld've enslaved, jailed, massacred and abused innocents in the name of the Law, Order, System or whatever they *think* is Justice without any ethics, virtues, human values nor any respect to HR or Treaties against torture same way practiced by their mighty leaders and competencies previously.

I also believe they wld've even proudly taught those laws in their institutions same way taught by their mighty leaders and competencies previously as well.

The truth is ( The law that enslaved and slave traded yesterday can't free today , even if changed, because it will eventually enslave again through *Selectiveness, Codes and Probability* or intellectually if not physically).

( Plus if such law is susceptible to changes and can be changed, it means Invalidity, Inconsistency, Irreliable, Dependence and Dependency. In fact it means it  was never Consistent, Above All, Independent nor Valid for Governing).

I previously did prove that *Legislating* shld abide by and be subjeced to Logic, Ideal Justice, Human Values which means Rationality by definition as shown in Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui theories :

Justice.

Justice and Logic.

Ideal Universal Justice.

Rationality.

Intellectual Status.

I also proved that :

The intellectual contexts and content's Consistency, Validity and Independence of Justice ( Physically, Time and Human wise)  are Justice's Essentials.

Perdonal Notes : * Simply, Logic is Indiscriminate and Independent by Nature*.

Therefore Justice shld depend on Logic and Rationality.

Unfortunately without Rationality there won't be Consistency therefore there won't be Freedoms, nor Freedom nor Humanitarianism nor Equality neither Justice.

Without Rationality, Judicial's Authority and Offices will lack *Freewill to be Convinced* and eventually Credibility therefore there won't be Validity nor Truthfulness not even a Law.

In fact society will find itself :

A Prisoner of Ignorants.

A Victim of Liars.

And drowning in Selective Codes dictating and price_evaluating its lives and Humanity.
