Note 1

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Right to Bear "Arm" and Liberties

The reason behind the survival of the United States's Liberty is United States's Second Amendment , * The Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall Not be Infringed*.

It does have some negative points but its positive points ( or achievements) are very impressive and mathematically worth adopting, Legislating and applying.

It succeeded in :

Politically forging foundations of Democracy and Individual's Liberties.

Teaching Governments and People as individuals to respect Laws and Another's Liberties.

Allowing civilians the Chance to defend individuals or groups Civilly, Administratively and Politically.

Creating a Relative * Balance* that can prevent armed Oppressions and Dictatorships.

For the record all Human Rights Violations in third world nations are committed by ( Governments, their Armed Forces, their Agencies or their Armed " Bullies").

The reason why I believe that all HR and Laws Violations Suffering Societies or Human Rights Illiterate Societies ( Like of Tunisia's Governments and their parties ) ll * never* learn ( Commitment to , Honoring and Respecting Laws and International Treaties) * unless*  * Right to Bear "Arm"* is Constitutionally Supported and Offered.

Most important is to lay a better plan than the United States's.

A plan that can facilitate its success in particular preventing and avoiding the maximum ( negative points, damages and losses) recorded in the United States's example.

At this point , Logic and First Fact both say there are thousands of * criminals or  employees* behind thousands of cases of * Well Documented* ( Warrantless Arrest, Warrantless Interrogation, Rape, Human Rights Violations, Oppression, Ill_treatment, Bribery, Forgery, Extortion, Sexual Harrassment, Slavery, Bullying, Stalking, Terrorism, Descrimination, Torture, Antisemitism, Injustice, Corruption, Negligence, Imprisonment Without Trials, Non Up To Standards Trials and Trials in Absentia) executed publicly.

I emphasize on * Documented and Publicly*.

Second Fact and the Catastrophy, I cldn't find an answer to ( Why thousands of civilians were killed and persecuted under eras of Dictatorships and Governmental Corruption without saving Humanity or relieving Humanity's Misery by the death of a single Inconsiderate emplyee involved in Corruption, Sadism, Lying, Negligence, Castration, Kidnapping, Antisemitism, Terrorism, Rape , Torture, Warrantless Arrest, or Jailing a victim without any legitimate reason) except the Fact that Corrupt Governing Systems and Corrupt Governments are " structured and founded * to ( last ) only by Depriving * Individuals* basic Rights like Right of Self Defense which means Depriving the whole population as *Individuals*.

I emphasize on * Relieving* as in * Humanitarian Relief*.

I sadly proved that these evils can't remain in their Offices or on their Oppression and Corruption spree unless they deprived people ( as individuals ) some Rights in particular the Three Fundamental Rights :

Right to Bear " Arm".

Freedom of Expression.

Freedom of Movement.

I highlight the fact that all and each of these * Three Fundamental Rights* composes a Vital form of Self Defense.

I also noted : * Wherever there is Corruption or Oppression there must be a Systematic Deprivation of these Three Fundamental Rights and the opposite is as factual*.

Again here I am talking about Legislation and Laying a Better Plan in a Group or Society :

Of a Rational Intellectual Status.

Of Humanitarianism , Truthfulness and Decency Levels enough to Embrace by Logic and be Committed.

That values Consciousness's Boundaries, Awareness, Liberties, Freedoms, * Truth* and the Law.

Aware of the necessity to ( Admit Ignorance, Abandon Ignorance and Make Changes) if put face to face with facts or if Illusions and Ignorance are exposed publically.

Personal Notes : * Only brave Truthful Rational Honorable Intellectual Status can set the path of ending ( HR Violations Social Disasters and Corruption) and Saving or Liberating a nation and people. Yet the issue is there are not many of them and Unfortunately they are either unarmed or alienated*.

I emphasize on : * Any other Intellectual Status ll either deepen the Misery ( Religiously, Psychologically, Ethically, Environmentally, Socially or Politically) or shift ( Its cause and casualties ) from a Social Disaster to another*.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Intellectual Status, World's Reality and Global Peace.

Mathematically nations of hundreds of millions population, like China and India, did and do have more than millions of ( Scientists, Geniuses, Academic Level approved by International Standards or Universities).

Logically these nations shld be the Richest, Safest, Most Developed, Cleanest and with the Lowest Rates of Social Disasters and Crimes if ( Technology and Success depend on Academic Levels, Education, Creativity, Intelligence or National Resources).

In Reality, these nations were not and are not suffering a deficit in ( Revolutionaries, Creativity, Leaders, Opinions or Geniuses) but they did need the * Seeked Solution*.

It means they did and do need the Intellectual Status capable of :

Analysing Reality * Unconditionally*.

Displaying facts intact.

Breaking Illusions.

Reaching and Offering the Seeked Solution.

Unfortunately I noted that most nations with ( Economic, Political, Social or Security) problems all shared a common issue. They all possessed a * Fairness and Rationality* Ignorant Intellectual Status ( In fact Fairness and Rationality Intolerant) despite their :

Advanced Education System and Technology Levels.

High numbers of Academics and Revolutionaries.

For the record at this point " Rationality Ignorant " means lacking ( Commitment to be Convinced by Logic and Embrace through Logic plus Awareness of How Vital that Commitment is).

Also for the record : * Academic Level as defined today lacks ( Truthfulness, Commitment, Selectiveness, Sadism) Evaluation and few other components to be considered an Intellectual Status under my definition*.

The important part here is the fact that their Intellectual Status ( The Academic Level as Defined today) in reality changes the reasons or ( Social Disaster) behind ( Sufferings) but it failed in stopping the increasing number of victims and damages ( Sufferings) caused by other Social Disasters.

In other words, current Intellectual Status lacks Logic ( As in Commitment to be Convinced By and Embrace Logic) :

Therefore it did put an end Dictatorships for example but it failed to ( *Notice* or put an end) to the ( Shifting, Adding or Transferring) of ( The number of Sufferings and Victims used to be caused by ousted Dictatorships) to ( The number of Sufferings and Victims caused by Crimes, Traffics and other Social Disasters).

Based on my decades records of *( Victims, Losses and Sufferings)'s activities* I truly do believe that :

Democracy, Coexistance and Tolerance of Different Views are made to reach the Seeked Solution and not for *( illusions)*. I emphasize on ( The analysis of Tolerance Level of Intellectual Statuses accompanied by what is commonly heard lately * I have my views but I respect yours*).

I also believe that :

There is no reason for ( Displaying Different Opinions ) Tolerance and Moderation Idealogy or even for ( Offering the * Seeked Solution * ) if there is no Intellectual Status willing to admit the ( Worthiness, Suitability, Efficiency and Validity) of an opinion, the * Seeked Solution*, only because it is different or opposing.

There is no reason for having an Intellectual Status willing to admit the Efficiency of *Seeked Solution* but it is not committed to be Convinced by Logic and Embrace *Seeked Solution* as a Conviction and abandon the Less Efficient Convictions.

Note 3 

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Intellectual Status and Opinions's *Diversity*.

Intellectual Status includes ( Level of Knowledge of Faith's Book, Constitutions, Science ...Exct...).

Most important components in this particular theory are * Truthfulness and Commitment to be Convinced By Logic and Embracing*.

Reality is composed out of a fact and an illusion :

Fact is Independent and Consistent therefore logically it can't be the cause of debates, disagreements and Multiple Different Opinions or Variety.

Personal Notes : * Even if it looks so but it can't be because Fact is non_deceptive by nature*.

Suggestions or Views about a fact can vary and be diverse yet the Ideal Seeked Opinion or * Solution* is a Single Independent Consistent Solution, a fact, therefore logically the * Solution* can't be the cause of debates and Opinions's *Diversity* as well.

Logically only the illusion remains therefore it must be the cause of debates  especially knowing that its *deceptive* by nature.

Fact and Solution both are Consistent, Independent and Existed before Debates, Opinions and Opinions's *Diversity*.

Based on my theory Multiple Different Opinions about a fact are the products of * When, Where, Quantity, Quality, Why and How* Reality was discovered and Analysed and  in particular Was *really* the *Intact* Reality itself that was Analysed?.

Obviously *they all* depend on Intellectual Status Level which means Components used during the analysis of Reality and breaking the illusion.

Very simple Logical Equations :

Multiple Different Suggestions  can all be wrong but they can't be *all* correct.

The lower Intellectual Statuses drop below Ignorant Intellectual Status Level * As I defined Fourty Percent* the less common points ll be shared by Opinions and the * Solution* plus the more different Debate's Parties Opinions become.*With exception to Ignorance and Irrationality*.

The higher an Intellectual Statuses rise above Reasonable Intellectual Status Level * As I defined Fifty Percent* the more common points ll be shared by Opinions and the *Solution * plus the less different Debate's Parties Opinions become.

For the record this Theory is a set of Mathematical Scientific Equations and It's not an Opinion nor a View nor have anything to do with Freedoms and Related Concepts.
