Sect 1

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Truthfulness, Freedom of Expression's Boundaries, Humanity and Civil and Criminal Laws.

Under the notion of " Criticism" as ( Activism, Communication, or Freedom of Affiliations, Gathering and to Protest) : Freedom of Expression generally " can" cross and rise above Boundaries and codes approved Socially and Legally to the level of ( Verbal and Physical Abuse, Humiliation or Degradation) of Mighty Leaders and Government's Prestige or Greatness as called by the Judges of Dictatorships generally and by Tunisia Dictatorships's in particular.

The sad part in this reality is the fact that I noted and demonstrated that :

First , Freedom of Expression of ( Truthfulness and Truthfuls) * can't* cross nor rise above the * level* of ( Abuse, Degradation and Humiliation and the Astrocities) practiced by the * Criticized* Institutions as the Institutions of Benali, Bourguiba and Kais Said and other corrupt governments for example.

Second ( Their Judicial, Executive and Legislative Authorities and in particular their Judges are *too* Ignorant, of * very* Low Rationality Level, * too* Willing to be Indoctrinated, * too* Egoistic and * too*  Blind to see that they are the Failure).

I emphasize on * Willing*.

As I explained in this very Simple * Rational* Equation and Legal_Social_Balance :

Hypothetically if ( Dictatorships, Conflict of Interest, Oppression, Defamation, Slavery, Civil Rights Violations, Injustice, Negligence, Indifferent, Ill_Treatment, Abuse, Torture, Stalking, Bullying, Terrorism, Antisemitism, Kidnapping, Rape, Unfair Trial or Obstruction of Justice) constitutes a crime then a criticizer in this Hypothesis is either :

A victim , survivor of ( Non_Exposed Not_Punished_Yet crimes and criminals) which means logically he is still under Threats and Abuse.

Or

Directly under Torture and Abuse.

Rationally speaking ( Indictment and Prosecution of this criticizer or *Limiting* his Freedom of Expression) constitues a * Direct Threat to Life* itself by Law or * Deprivation of Basics and Simplest Mean of Self Defense * and both meet the Criminal Law definitions of ( Conspiracy, Criminal Intent, Torture and Premeditated Murder).

In other words, Indictment in these cases ll be like and *was* like :

Prosecuting a Rape's victim for exposing and assaulting his rapist during the crime or after being raped.

Prosecuting a robbery's victim for screaming ( Thief Thief) during or after being robbed.

Prosecuting a Jewish victim of Terrorism for exposing and insulting Natzi terrorists or Radicals for Denying him Protection, Kidnapped him, Raped him and Tried to Murder him or Trying to Murder him.

Generally and Socially speaking ( In these cases as documented by Tunisia's Humiliating Human Rights Records history and reality) : Freedom of Expression * can* look like it did rise above Boundaries approved Socially and Legally but * Laws* speaking it * did not* and in fact it * can not * rise nor violate codes approved by :

Right of Self Defense, by Law.

Mutual Combat Codes, by Law.

Means Legally Approved to be Used for Self Defense, by Law.

Means necessary to expose ( Criminals, Murderers, Sadists, Injustice, Treason, Corruption, Terrorists, War Criminals and Human Rights Violations ) under the context of Patriotism and as cited by Civil and Criminal or International Laws.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Equality, Criminal and Civil Laws, Freedom of Expression's Affiliations Codes.

Unconditional Affiliation_Free Activism remains a form of Freedom of Expression or Individual's Civil Liberties and Freedoms. Therefore usually a civilan * only * expresses and represents himself as an individual.

In another expressions :

If a civilian committed a Mistake or a Violation ( He personally, his Partners and their Properties) *only* can and * shld* be exposed and prosecuted according to * Criminal* and Civil Laws.

If an employee committed a Mistake or a Violation ( He personally, Establishments, Institutions, Owners, Directors, Partners, Administrations, Parties, Governments, Authorities) * all * can and * shld* be exposed and prosecuted according to * Criminal* and Civil Laws.

For the record, the issue may and shld look Inequality and Unfair to any Establishment and Discriminatory between civilians and employees only if the reader forgot or failed to comprehend the *legal* definitions of :

Conflict of Interest.

Abuse of Power.

Responsibility.

Duty.

*Public Trust*.

Services.

Services Quality.

Public Places and Properties.

Qualification and Evaluation Requirements.

Order.

Organization.

Legal * Representation*.

Membership.

And in particular *Declared* Affiliation and I emphasize on Legally * Declared Affiliation*.

The most important that must be *noted* :

Freedom of Expression of a civilan ( Legally, Socially, Judicially and Civil wise) only represents the * Personal* View or Opinion of that * particular* civilan.

Freedom of Expression of an employee ( Legally, Socially, Judicially and Civil wise) represents the Views and Opinions of ( Establishments, Owners, Institutions, Offices, * Chains of Command*, Organizations, Administrations, Authorities, Governments, Systems, Parties, Groups and the President himself).

Regardless if the form of Freedom of Expression is ( Negligence, Indifference, Destruction of Properties, Delay, Bribery, Antisemitism, Terror, Discrimination, Obstruction, Forgery, Perjury, Conspiracy, Marginalization, Stalking, Insult, Verbal, Abuse, Rights Deprivation, HR Violations, Stalling, Failure to Act, Physical Abuse, Starving, Oppression, Ignoring, Murder, Defamation, Disfigurement, Abduction, Castration, Defiling, Rape, Assault, Terrorism, Conspiracy). 

Despite the fact that they are defined as a crime under International Treaties and Laws and under most Constitutions but * Psychology speaking* they are all forms of Expression and ( were plus cld be ) used to State an Opinion.

Personal Notes : * Unfortunately based on many Constitutions as well the commonly known and practiced definition of Freedom and Liberty there are many very Harmful and Inhumane forms of Expression shld be illegalized by International Treaties and Laws and any Constitutions but they are not as ( Influence, Lying and Entrapment and Accomplices_by_Influence).

Sect 3

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Equality, Truthfulness, Freedom of Expression and Humanity.

In my memoir " Liberties" and in particular Freedom of Expression Part , I analysed :

The opinion of a civilian about another person of an Unidentified ( Identity and Title) in the street in a day.

Then the opinion of the same civilan about the same person ( After the person is dressed in work uniform as of a Law Enforcement's Agency for example) the next day.

I noted that the opinion ( Views, Approach, Terms, Signs and Body's Gestures) used to describe or criticize the person all did *change* simply by *changing* the outfit.

Unfortunately there are more disturbing examples and unfortunately some examples include the opposite as explained in Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui theories :

Memory Quantity and Quality Laws.

At this point First fact :  I proved that ( Gestures, Terms and Signs) as Individual's and Group's forms of expression * usually* do not pinpoint to nor criticize Person himself ( As a Human Being of Sanctities, of an Entity and of Sacredness ) but do pinpoint, expose and criticize :

The Institutions represented by the carried ( Uniform, Symbol or * Declared Affiliation*).

The History, Reality and Predictable Future of the Institutions.

The Efficiency Level of Evaluation and Qualification Procedures behind the Institutions.

The most important the * Quality* Level of the Products and Services offered by the Institutions. 

Second fact : The most vital at this point is not the Awareness of Judicial's Authority and Government's Socialogists of the Boundaries beyond Freedom of Expression not even the Awareness of civilians themselves if they are criticizing ( A Person, Institutions, Systems, Services, Nation's Greatness or a Mighty Leaders) but their full Awarness of the fact that * Freedom to an Opinion or Freedom of Expression of "Truthful Honorables" doesn't touch an iota of Humanity nor Humanity Sanctities regardless of Used Gestures, Terms and Signs 

For the record here I mean ( Gestures, Terms and Signs ) approved by Geneva's CAT codes, UNHRC and International Laws and Treaties.

Also for the record ( Profiling, Stereotyping, Prejudice and Prejudgments) are different from what I consider Freedom to an Opinion and Freedom of Expression and related topics.

Personal Notes : * I consider Profiling, Stereotyping, Prejudice and Pre_judgements as symptoms of Arranged Freewill and the Existance of Codes on Freedom of Expression*.
