July 17 Part 1

Hypothetically speaking if in Tunisia :

 """    A high grades or scores mean a high level of intelligence as defined internationally.

If the Priority to Education، Top Offices and High Positions is reserved to a first group composed out of elites students profiled based on highest score.

If law enforcement agencies and some govt positions are given to a second group of drop outs and failing students recruited without evaluation of level of Conscience, Response to Logic, Belief in Responsibility, Reasoning, Consciousness and Tolerence.

There are International Records reporting economic failure, rising rates of poverty and crime, corruption, anti-Semitism, violation of Human Rights and Torture in Tunisia.

As I said this is just a hypothesis.

Based on its records Tunisia isn't suffering geniuses and graduates deficiency and clearly a nation's success isn't related to the number of geniuses.

Here in Tunisia and under such assumption it's logical : first group is of a system of high score that can't reflect :

Capabilities of contributing or being innovative and creative.

Level of consciousness and convictions.

Personality and commitment.

Ability to reasonably doubt before embracing.

Despising injustice neither commitment to law and order.

It's obvious that such systems " did deprive Tunisia out of certain criterias and characters and fail to prevent certain irresponsible profiles from penetrating those groups " which clearly is a reason behind such insulting records.

It's clear that in Tunisia a "foreign affairs decision " or an " order of Human Rights Violation" for example must be ordered out of the first group regardless of the order maker. Also it's clear that the second group is the enforcer of that violation.

It's clear : Tunisia is suffering from:

Indoctrinated ignorants/head "first group" order decider.

A hand of injustice " second group" order's executioner.

A damaged nervous system " first group" probably a deaf selfish witness to the order's execution.

It's clear that both groups and their systems are EITHER responsible for Tunisia's Reality OR failed to rescue Tunisia's out of such Reality. 

I sadly believe : where ever these two groups and their systems are found there will be Corruption, Poverty and Human Rights Violations AND / OR Obstruction of Justice and Silence/ Failure to Act against Corruption and Human Rights Violations.

I also believe : it doesn't take a professional nor six decades of draining of national budget and six decades of horrible records of Human Rights Violation to realize that a system or a strategy is failing or eventually will fail.

Hypothetically and assuming if  : 

"""  Tunisia's law makers, parties and doctrines succeeded in building a perfect-corruption-free-Ideal-Justice-System up to their standard, convictions and dreams.

A victim submitted a grievance and evidence of a violation, and evidence showed that the victim was not the only victim.

Regardless of evidence, the Justice System discovered that there is a second victim to a violation.  """

Again it's just a hypothesis.

Based on this Ideal-Justice-System's rules or procedure, the rules of the dream of Tunisia's law makers and geniuses, only the first victim's case will be processed.

At this point it's clear that such Justice System is designed to respond to certain group only, those who can reach this Ideal-Justice-System, aware of what's a violation and actually know what's the right to be compensated is.

It's also clear that such Justice System's purpose is not fairness neither serving justice indiscriminately.

It's obvious : such Justice System isn't made to end any and all injustice.

It's clear as well that such Justice System's goals are not eradicating corruption nor fighting any and all violations neither delivering justice indiscriminately.

In Tunisia, the PRESIDENTS, PARTIES , GOVT and most of the people do not see that a legally-unjustified-governmental-delay or failure-to-act is a violation and a threat deserve grievance and compensation.

They do not see that a violation of Personal Datas, Invasion of Privacy, or verbal abuse is an unforgivable crime and a national threat deserve grievance and compensation.

They do not see that the least ill treatment in public or private establishments is an unforgivable violation and a threat deserve grievance and compensation.

it's obvious that there is nightmares behind cameras and dead witnesses.

It is clear that such Ideal-Justice-System needs an agency to rescue and search for violations and deliver justice indiscriminately even to ignorants.

The real CATASTROPHY, here in Tunisia , is the fact that Tunisia's Economic and govt geniuses are trying to rescue the country and people, make a progress and fight poverty, corruption, crime, and terrorism through and using their Ideal-Justice-System.

The embarrassing part here is the fact that in this hypothesis I laid a negligence-free-Ideal-Justice-System up to Tunisia's geniuses and law academic's beliefs, plans, values, goals, principles and wishes and I sadly did not use Tunisia's current geniuses's justice system nor Ben Ali's neither Borguiba's.
