Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen.

Hypothetically in Tunisia :

(((   If President Kais Said admitted not having a plan two years ago and if parties ten years plans all failed in solving unemployment.

If graduation and employment rates prove that government promises to end unemployment are a lie and a delusion.

If there are thousands of graduates and thousands of school dropouts jobless.

If there are hundreds of thousands of jobless citizens suggesting ideas and solutions daily and_in "public"_.

If some of Tunisia citizens, decades ago, were arrested the same week  for criticizing Benali _in "secret"_.

If majority of Tunisia workers haven't made any fortune and still can't afford a life_style_rest and health benefits under current work policies.

If during Benali era mining and Phosphate companies were functioning well but still people were poor.

If Tunisia took many loans to improve its budget and will seek more loans.)))

Under this hypothesis :

Clearly unemployment in Tunisia isn't related to budget nor to " mining companies".

Clearly the governments didnt mean to imply that dropouts do have more chances in an early financial and social life than graduates but it did.

Clearly unemployment and life style improvement aren't related to a degrees but related to the officials behind governments plans.

Clearly Tunisia economic and social development either don't include or aren't aware of the existance of students interested in an early economic and social life.

Clearly  all Tunisia governments were and or are waiting for current students and those who just attended school to graduate and stay jobless for a decade than execute the same suggested " embarrassing" economic plans and " pray" for different results.

Clearly the logic, ambition and consciousness of Tunisia governments, after revolt parties or Kais Said's, are complacent and satisfied by the failure of_hundreads_ of plans suggested by its offices.

Clearly the logic, ambition and consciousness of Kais Said regime are either incapable to eavesdrop or don't have time to search and hear _hundreads of thousands_ of ideas laid _in "public"_ for years not weeks.

Clearly Tunisia politic geniuses never thought of finding ideas to afford early retirement and better benefits or investing in seeking ideas facilitating and securing difficult and dangerous jobs.

Clearly economic reforms in Tunisia don't include legislating a law requiring all workers to pay salaries taxes, a law enforcing only salary_check_payment and a law to monitor these transactions.

Clearly reforms in Tunisia don't include any act that might rage or wake or clear facts to the blind election ignorant people.

Clearly reforms in Tunisia don't include finding a solution to force a yearly increase in workers salaries indiscriminately or offering all workers a long term contract with social and health benefits within the third check date.

The embarrassing part is if the government had constructed an agency to seek and buy ideas using ( one month salaries of parliament, ministers and some offices) or ( one day salaries of government budget donation) to buy some ideas from jobless citizens it wld've accomplished a success never dreamed of reaching and "saved" a lot.

Sadly I can prove that a country economy doesn't depend on the country budget but on an efficient monetary circulation.

Economically and socially it is impossible to fight poverty and crime without :

Ideas that include an early economic life.

*Ideas to afford early retirement*.

Creating an idea of an indiscriminate economic_fiscal_taxation_forging that doesn't alienate any age or education level.

" Sadly, even if unemployment is solved, I don't think spending fifty years between school and job is a life nor the reason of humanity existance".

* I believe without a miracle the government ll keep spreading its " Get education to live" poison instead of "Live to seek knowledge" and finding a way to afford such idealogy*.

*I believe a doctrine or an idealogy can create a nation of opportunists as mush as it can construct a nation of patriots*.
