Humanity, Humanitarianism, Ideal Justice and Peace.

Concept of an Ideal Universal Justice and Peace.

Unfortunately based on my findings, most intellectual societies ll need time to comprehend what do these facts mean :

Constructing a Society's Intellectual Orders and Governing a nation plus its population based on an Inconsistent Random Chaotic Probability.

Failure in differentiating between Convictions of Irrationality and Convictions of Consistent Value.

Society refusal to comprehend the Irrationality of the construction process of its Intellectual Status.

* Personal notes : Again the issue isn't about Prejudice but about an Embraced individual's Approach that bypasses logic analysis even when it is needed or cld be used or shld be used before making decisions.

For example if a Vital Science book, written by a talented foreign doctor named Hindu or Budha, probably ll never be displayed nor checked in most Islamic Societies just because of the name.

Same fact in most western nations if the doctor was named Binladen.

The inconsistent part such book ll be given a chance if Readers and Writers were all born in same community*.

That is why I believe that these  Humanity_Value_Assessing Codes and Probability and Humanitarianism_Values_Arranging must be deciphered.

I also believe there is a need for a solution capable of :

Introducing an Ideal Universal Justice's Concept within any and each society that refuses Ignorants, Ignorance and Ignorants making.

Forging the concept of that Justice as well as its Rational nature within society.

Proving the " Vitality", " Validity" and Correctness of * Nothing Shld Be Above Justice as in Power to Justice* instead to the people or to Majorities , or to Governments , or to Constitutions or to Chareahs.

Constructing a Governing System that doesn't depend on : Life_Price_Asssessing_Codes nor Probability where ( Leaders, Authorities, Majority or People) can be confronted, held criminally responsible and judged, where a Nation's Path can be corrected and where ( Ignorance, Irrationality, Ill_Intellectual_Status, Illogical Decisions Making Process) can all be exposed before a catastrophic flaw, another era of slavery, another era of Inhumane Experiments on Innocents or a Holocaust takes place again.

Unfortunately I believe it is impossible to accomplish Global Peace as long as Governing Authorities and reaching Power depend on :

Political Indoctrination and Polarization due to its Isolating Bias Nature.

*Politic itself*.

*Discriminatory Affiliation as in Regional Political Affiliation instead of Logic*.

And in particular a very Inconsistent Susceptible Random Life_Value_Assessing_Probability.

Unfortunately these findings expose and again confirm the fact that * Politic shldnt be the only path to reach voters and Power*.

* I also believe reaching Power shld depend on the Credibility of the Capability to save a nation and make progress as a requirement to nomination as shown in Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui theory Government Leaders's Requirements*.

* I truly believe the Neutral Ideal Justice Approach is a secret to virtues, Civility, Universe and a key to its secrets*.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Humanity, Humanitarianism, Ideal Justice and Peace.

Ignorance, Humanitarianism, Reforming Visions and Mathematic.

It is irrational for Trust and Tolerance Level of A person ( to coexist with another stranger of different religion if both persons were born in the same foreign nation ) to be different from the Trust and Tolerance Level of the same persons ( if each was born in own country of origin).

* Personal note : Same idea reflects how most people wld approach and embrace Intellectual Orders that forge Individual's Convictions*.

* Such lnconsistent levels mean an Irrational Conviction".

Unfortunately there are many examples of Irrational Convictions and of the Impacts of Life_Price_Assesssing_Probability

I also noted : The most (   Law Abiding, Peaceful Religious Liberal Moderate Civilized Humanitarian Tolerant Open to other entities " Animals Compassionate" Environmentalist Antipolution) citizens are still incapable of avoiding falling in the trap of :

(   Being Bias, Selectiveness and Profiling) as Humanity_Price_Assessing_Codes.

Or

* ( Humanity_Price_Assessing_Probability)* and as simple examples of such phenomenon :

( There won't be any who ll accept giving power to an immigrant * only* because he is an immigrant).( Some won't mind the exhausting of other nations's natural resources).( Some won't oppose polluting others's lands chemically, nuclear or frequencies wise or even Scientifically Experimenting on other humans).

Unfortunately here also there are countless examples.

*Sadly I believe : The real disaster is the fact that such Humanity_Price_Assessing_Probabilty does expose :

The possibilities where Humanitarianism and Promoting Humanitarianism can become Selective and can be arranged as in which set of values ll be promoted, the when, the why, the who and the where.

The catastrophic reality of the *HOW* individual's Convictions or Individual * Intellectual Status * is nurtured and structured in comparison to logical construction and so the people's Intellectual Status.

The gap between the approach and view of the most qualified Cleric or Official about certain subjects and the view of an Ideal Justice about the same subjects.

Leaders's Rationality in differentiating between what is built on a Random Chaotic Probability and what shldve been built on Facts, Logic, Justice, Truth and Consistency.

The true level of the Consciousness's Limits and Reasonability of the founders of Governments's Institutions and leaders who are currently deciding the future of all societies*.

Sadly, I believe human civilization won't change anything of its * Religiously and Scientifically* predicted catastrophic fate as long as Humanity :

First, is still subjected to Random and Chaotic Value_Assesssing_Probability in societies that approved the practice of such Humanity_Depriving_Possibility and Humanitarianism_Value_Arranging_Possibility.

Second, is still ran by Governing Systems and Leaders who failed in differentiating between what is logically factual and a Random Probability.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Humanity, Humanitarianism, Ideal Justice and Peace.

Unconsciousness, Indoctrination, Ignorance and Mathematic.

Fact one : The level of anybody's faith in ( Nation, Religion, Race, People, System, Education, Doctrines, Idealogies, Population, Culture, Convictions and other Entities) shifts by changing place of birth and * so* that anybody's level of tolerance to Coexist with other strange Entities as well.

Fact two : Anybody's Place of Birth depends on a * Probability* of a Number of Possibilities which can be * calculated*.

Based on these two facts : Level of any person's Belief, Convictions and Tolerance depends on a Calculable * Probability* and not Logic, *Justice*, Fact nor Truth.

Personal note : * That can't be right nor good nor correct*.

For the record ability to * calculate* such Probability doesn't mean such Probability is not Chaotic and * Random*.

In my Socialogy and Psychology's analysis of such Probability :

I didn't find a difference between the Consciousness's Limits of the most educated moderate individual and the least educated least moderate individual.

As in such individuals's ability, capability and willingness to doubt and analyse Entities introduced by surroundings of birth or generationally inhertited before being convinced and believing.

Personal note : * Most societies are ( trained ) in to being convinced by almost eighty percent of Individual Convictions without any doubt nor logic analysis as shown in Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui theory Rules of Familiarism*.

The only difference, was worth noting, was within personalities's consciousnesses forms of expression. One was intellectual the other was physical.

Personal note : * Both methodes can be very violent*.

Under these findings I defined :

Indoctrination : As the belief in a * Probability*, not necessarily to the level of Patriotism, Martyrdom or Sacredness.( Yet it still means that such person is still incapable of fathoming that life is the only Entity of * consistent* value no matter how chaotic, selective and random such Probability can be).

I defined Unconsciousness as : Highest level of unconsciousness embodies the shape of an * Indoctrinated* civilized individual who blames another ( human) for being * Indoctrinated*.

I defined Ignorance as : Highest level of ignorance embodies the shape of a civilized individual who refuses to accept Simple Crystal Clear logical analysis.

I also defined such Probability as Humanity and Life_Price_Assessing_Probability.
