July 23 Sect 1
BECAUSE I AM A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN...
Hypothetically :
((( Tunisia's govt's and parties started making economic plans and political reforms to fight torture and human rights violations ten years ago.
In Tunisia today, there are reports of tortured corps in cells, abusing minors in public and violations of human rights without mentioning the real number of violations and unreported violations.
In Tunisia, daily، there are unwarranted search, randam arrests, deprivation of due process and illegal routine ID check plus unprofessional unnecessary unjustified govt-civilians-contacts.
Most civilians were never handed any documented justification, receipts, warrants copies, records copies nor proof of such contact, and I repeat that is a daily practice....)))
As a reminder this is just a hypothesis :
Scientifically, it takes years to see results of economic reforms unlike human and constitutional rights decisions, they only require a half an hour to legislate, issue and execute and one day to start recording their success or failure as shown in reports.
Clearly current records of accomplishments of Tunisia's ten years Human Rights strategies make it easy to predict the results of economic strategies made last decade.
The root of Human Rights violations, in Tunisia , is the lack of ((( the simplest and shld have been first legislated decision ))) and that is "" Enforcing Handing a Sworn Written Warrant or Notice Before and During any Govt-Civilians-Contacts Regardless of How Simple the Conversation Can Be.""
Such bill shld have been after revolution priority especially when most of parties members claimed to be victims of torture, unwarranted arrests, undocumented process and deprivation of due process.
I find such fact very irrational and disturbing.Plus it puts many Tunisia's law makers's credibility under question.
The sad part : Without that document or without that notice of contact legislation Tunisia's justice system, law enforcement system and most departments will appear to be designed to neglect and violate Human Rights, evade prosecution and deprive civilians a basic right.
" As if Tunisia's political parties intended so and meant to keep it so ".
The embarrassing part: Such reform wld have eradicated most violations in Tunisia, directly identified those criminals responsible for tortured corps, held them accountable and forced govt Institutions to legally prove their credibility, competency and their commitment to national and international laws in case they were accused of negligence.
The truth is I sadly believe: If there is one Tunisian judge or an official or just one man of laws in Tunisia who contacted a civilian and before any process asked that civilian if was given a notice of routine arrest/ID check or even a warrant or if was explained civil rights/due process I wld have said there is a chance to fix Tunisia's justice, law enforcement systems and other departments and fight corruption within its walls.

Hypothetically speaking if in Tunisia :
((( Presidents ; Borguiba was a lawyer...if Benali was a man of law and order...if Fouad Mbaza was lawyer...if Beji Cebsi was a lawyer...if Mohamed Nacer was lawyer...if Kais Said was a law professor....
If Borguiba's political party and its members " men of laws" were a one party rule authoritarian , oppressed opposition and have a horrible record of torture.
If Benali's one part rule and self praised men of laws have same horrible record.
If today's/after revolution self praised pro_democracy parties's men of laws are prejudice anti-semites and refusing to admit that they failed in changing Tunisia's Human Rights reality, poverty and corruption for over ten years... )))
As a reminder this is just a hypothesis :
Clearly Tunisia and Tunisia's people will be/ are suffering from ignorance and injustice of self praised"men of laws".
It will be clear why Tunisia's political or religion persecution victims cldnt find a lawyer that if granted due process of course.
It is obvious : Borguiba's "men of laws" didn't see Borguiba's violations of Human Rights as a violation of Tunisia's constitution and people during Borguba's era.
It's obvious also : Benali's "men of laws" felt the same as well during Benali's era..
Rationally Borguiba's and Benali's parties contained criminals and obstructors of justice and sadists who are refusing to admit their crimes.
Obviously those criminals have their share in producing similar officials "students".
Logically those parties's men of laws shld lose credibility especially if they tried to speak about liberties, religion freedoms, justice, semitism tolerance, Human Rights or people's interest today.
The sad part is the fact that Borguiba's Benali's and after the revolution's "men of laws" had EACH spent a lot of resources, efforts and time to construct their constitutions.
The embarrassing part is the fact during Borguiba's, Benali's and after the revolution parties's eras, EACH of those governments of "men of laws" had frozen their constitution and USED Emergency/Terrorism policies to govern during most of their term.

As in many countries, clearly democracy in Tunisia depends on the use of Terrorism Acts/Policies and the deactivating of national constitution.

Democracy here means what ever leaders perceived and recognized as democracy
.
I also find it very important to mention: the pattern I found common in the results of using terrorism policies/laws in Tunisia and many other nations is restrictions on freedom of speech and deprivation of due process.

Hypothetically in Tunisia and if :
(((
The level of faith, tolerance, love, allegiance and trust in Entities as "Country, Land, Flag , Anthem, Religion, Race, Doctrine and other idealogies" vary by changing place of birth.
Majority aren't aware that convictions are inconsistently a matter of probability of birth.
Majority are not intellectually prepared to notice and digest that most convictions aren't based on Free Will not even on logical doubt before embracing.
)))
Under these assumptions, it easy to see that :
Indoctrination is symbolized by civilized citizen who actually Believes in a probability and not necessarily to the level of sacredness, martyrdom and patriotism.
The highest level of unconsciousness embodied a civilized citizen who blame another for certain convictions or actions while engaging into the same.
The highest level of ignorance embodied the shape of a civilized citizen who won't respond to simple logic nor reasoning regardless of reasons.
It's clear that the only consistent entity of value is life.
" Law Abiding Citizens " are usually of reason therefore they are worth trying.
I believe the only path toward global ever lasting peace and end of terrorism is by exposing such probability eradicating any and all forms of indoctrination.
Probability . Indoctrination . Peace.
