Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

For those blocked this research in 2021 & those who did not get this research , if it helps you to fathom ( 6 millions perished after a democratic elected / majority approved Nazi president ).

National Constitutions, Treaties, Majority and Logic

I believe Governments and Societies , that didn't * honor* International Treaties and Laws, ll not *respect * own National Constitutions and vice versa.

Unfortunately in all situations the people or ( Innocents in particular) ll remain victims of Very Bias Selective Already Indoctrinated and Indoctrinating strategies ( Religiously, Ethnically, Regionally, Geographically, Racially or Nationalism wise).

Those strategies wld soon or later evolve to Humanity or Life_Price_Assessing_Codes and policies and be practiced by Politicians to a point where society eventually wld unconsciously adapt to then approve to live by such codes unaware of those codes's Nature, Structure, Consequences and Influence on individuals, society, the nation and all humanity.

Basically such Government ( Executive Authority, Judicial's and Legislative's) ll be Selective Alienating Opportunistic :

First Life_Price_Assessing_Codes the * Strange  Humanity * ( Other Nations's Population for example).

Then later and inevitably Life_Price_Assessing_Codes * its own Humanity * ( Groups, the population, its own citizens lives).

Unfortunately Governing System ( Majority's Decision or Conclave's as in Shura's) depends on the largest group in number and unfortunately nothing but Logic can insure and ensure :

The righteousness, Reasonability, goodness or correctness of that decision.

The Influence_Free guidance of the Majority.

And so the Just and Fairness required foundations for any Governing Authority Structure and its * Influence_free* Indifferent Balanced Neutral Stand, View and Approach.

I believe Governing main issue is not only about ( How to supervise the authorities and leaders?.) as debated in Modern Politic and by Political Revolutionaries.

But also * undeniably SHLD BE* about ( How to confront and hold the people and Majority criminally responsible in cases of transgression?, as well making sure of such majority's consciousness Rationality as :

Its Awareness and Ability to notice irrational Indoctrinating Intellectual Orders.

And Fairness of its decision.)

The truth is : there is no Governing System that contains * a structure* where :

( People, Majority, the Authorities and Leaders) can all be Reformed, Supervised, Confronted or Held criminally responsible in case of Infringement.

( Goodness, Fairness, Reasonability , Correctness and Rationality ) of the path and stand of the Majority can be Guaranteed, Secured and Protected from ignorance and ignorants.

Unfortunately all Governing Systems are founded BASED and actually still DEPEND on * Nothing shld be above the Majority* instead of * Nothing shld be above Justice* at least based on what Politicians's claim and * That can never be good, socially healthy or rational*.

Personal Note [ Most societies contain less than one percent of its population who memorized the essentials of its Faith and Constitution ( as for example Quran and Civil Liberties in Islam nations).

Technically, in this hypothesis, the population " Majority" are Religiously and Constitutionally Ignorant * Logic Intolerant* illiterates and * that is not a good recipe* to :

Structure any Governing Authority or Institution.

Fill any Government's office.

Or even dream of fighting terrorism and corruption.( Of course I am still talking within government's offices only ).

In other expression regardless of ( Intelligence, Academic Level, Claimed Moderation and Experience), after any Presidential Election, the nation ll not get a Mother Theresa.

The people ll elect and the nation ll get an Antisemite, Sadam Husain, a Natzi or a Binladen miniature in a different suit and unfortunately the same analysis applies on filling governmental Authorities and offices .]

That is why I believe the only way ( to insure and assure the safety and security of the innocents and set a path toward a global peace) is to :

Demand and require each leader to sincerely commit to own national constitutions without * buts*.

Confront leaders by * Logic* instead * Majority's Decision and I do mean both National and International Majorities*.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Constitutions, International Laws, Majority and Justice

The centuries of ( Imperialism, Colonialism, Protectorates, Religion Empires Expansions and Federations), Twentieth century ( Terror Movements) and Previous centuries's ( Slavery, Ethnic Cleansing and in particular Holocaust) proved and confirmed that Majority and Decisions in those nations did fall into Illegitimacy, Unlawfulness, Unfairness, Transgressions, Selectiveness, Infringement, Ignorance, Injustice, Hideous Crimes and Unforgivable Blood Sheding.

Sadly all of these catastrophies were approved by Majority and Majority's Praised Guidance and leadership.

Based on these facts, logically Majority's Decision isn't always Right nor Good nor Legitimate and if Lawful ( it ll be only a relatively coded lawfulness approved by a  relatively coded Justice System * only* and usually by that * same* Majority's Praised Arranged System).

* I noted and demonstrated ( that each Majority's Decision responsible for one of those catastrophies) was Lawful and legitimate ( only) under that Majority's Justice System.

I found that same Decision did constitute a Crime Against Humanity ( under) most if not all of the other Justice Systems authorized the other catastrophies.

I also proved that ( all ) of those bloody Majorities's Decisions do constitute a crime under an Ideal Universal Justice Concept*.

The truth is : ( There is no Authority capable of confronting, prosecuting and punishing a majority and the fact that Inter_Nations_Unions failure in doing so) doesn't mean that a majority :

Can't be a group of killers or accomplices.

Shldn't be prosecuted because of its number.

Is above being looked at as serial killers and murderers.

Personal Note :

* Wasn't or Can't be prosecuted doesn't mean innocence*.

* Unfortunately I believe a tyrant can do no crime alone.In the cases I cited most of the leaders were relatively democratically elected and supported during the execution of those crimes which means current International Strategies to topple and punish a criminal (tyrant) but not accomplices is not the recipe for National and International Peace*.

Logically the largest group can represent an * arranged * decision which can rise to a * law* by definition but such law ll be limited and coded due to its * Pre_arranged* design.

Therefore such group can't represent an * ideal law* , the Ideal Fairness, the Universal Justice not even the * Biblical Concept of Truth* nor Innocence as defined by law.

Unfortunately these facts also prove again and confirm that Religion or Democracy and Secularism are incapable of :

Preventing ( Ignorants from reaching power and practicing Life_Price_Estimating_Codes to please Majority, Polarize the public or in the name of People Interest).

Or

Insuring ( Majority truthfulness and awareness at least to Notice the impacts of Life_Price_Estimating_Codes and Reject to live by such codes or Majority's sincere commitment to the Law, Treaties, the truth or even * Personal ethics and values* or Biblical Truth).

Personal Note : * When I proved that Democracy , Idea of Liberty and Religions ( as in concepts and Laws) preceded " Penal Codes" I knew that Democracy, Liberty and Faith were structured for Sincere Honorable Truthful civilization only*.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Liberties, Constitutions, National Security and Right to Life.

Applying simple logic :

I believe Life * depends* on an income.

I believe an income * depends* on Freedom of Movement and Expression.

Logically any restriction on ( Freedom of Movement and Expression) is :

A * Direct* confiscation of Right to Life.

And an * Indirect* deprivation of Life.

I believe it is impossible to separate Freedom of Movement and Expression out of the rest of Freedoms and Rights in particular those Basic Rights * commonly* guaranteed by all constitutions world wide.

As in the cases of Routine ID Check Arrests , Warantless Arrests or Violations of Body Sanctity, Privacy and Private Data ( which the lunatics of Tunisia's Government think are simple, normal and legitimate) plus other undocumented procedures practiced in third world nations logically are confiscation of a right therefore a direct * Systematic* Deprivation of Right to Life.

Unfortunately , most of those societies and in particular Tunisia's Politic Geniuses are either unaware or incapable of comprehending the fact that :

First " There is no need for Liberties without Right to Life".

Second * There is no need for a Life without a well secured and protected Right to Life*.

Third and most vital " Protection of a Nation Constitution and a Nation Security shld begin at * Protecting* Individual Right to Life".

Unfortunately this issue doesn't include Politicians and Leaders only but Societies in fact any Military_Behavior_Hybrid_Like_Society due to its ignorance and ignorants and catastrophically there are many in this century.

These societies don't have any immunity against ignorance and in fact do have an inclination toward (Being intellectually and politically) enslaved as well as rejection of logic out of pride and narcissism.

Sadly under the concepts of ( Secularism Doctrine, Religion's, Liberalism's and Seeked Moderation's) :

[" I found societies that do protest against Food Prices Increase but don't protest against a Violation of a Right as of the  people or of an individual's ( Like Random Arrests or a * minor* Negligence in an Establishment) don't deserve respect due to ignorance and so those societies's Leaders for keeping the people prisoners of an inhumane reality made of :

An illusion ( Reforms Promises made to the whole people in * public*).

And

A fact ( Violating the people as Individuals or in * cells*)"].

For the record there is a * difference* between Legal Duty and Respect therefore I don't mean violating those societies's Rights and Sanctities.

* I proved and truly believe that the society that doesn't move to change ( Routine arrests and Government's Negligence Practiced in public) won't change ( Torture, Harrassment, Murder and Rape Practiced in Government's dungeons and cells)*.

The truth is : it is impossible to lift a nation out of Human Rights Violations and Corruption unless :

First, Society and Leaders fathomed that there is no difference between violations as threat to a Nation Constitution whether ( Random Arrests Practices, Murder, Torture, Rape, Injustice, Harrassment, Stalking, Bullying, Negligence, Indifference, Violation of Data Privacy Law, Treason or Espionage).

Second Government begun treating ( any Indifference or Negligence of the simplest Right) as a crime ( An Act of Terror or Threat to National Security and National Constitution).

Sadly , these violations ( which I haven't met a person who hadnt criticized) are the products of :

Life_Price_Assessing_Codes practiced by Leaders.

And

People's approval to live by such codes.

The truth is * It is impossible to end Poverty, Crime and Terror without ending or targeting Government Violations first. I also proved that any leader's promise that contradicts this fact is an illusion, deception and an unforgivable crime*.

Private note * A society that does protest against Utilities and Food Prices Increase but not against puting Price_Assessing_Codes ( on its Well Being, Humanity and Life) are too ignorant to accept and be convinced by reason and logic.

In fact the Innocents within such society need a miracle or Divine Intervention*.
