Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Church, Universal Justice , Logic, Humanity and Humanitarianism

In this part of my study of faith ( Christianity, Budhism, Hinduism, Islam, Atheism, Judaism...) as Governing Systems I picked Islam as a prototype to analyse.

I debated Liberties and Duties as ( Taxation, Protection, Ownership, Association, Charity, Affiliation, Association.....) of a ( Christian, Budhist, Hindu, Atheis or a Jew) after declaration of faith or converting to such faith as in this case Islam.

I noted that under such Governing System, such person's Liberties and Duties totally changed in fact improved only due to a simple verbal ( declaration).

Basically it means that faith as a Governing System and its Justice System :

Don't depend on truth and fact as ( Character and Actions).

And 

Both are Selective and Bias, almost similar to the idea of ( The accused is presumed non human until relatively proven human ) practiced by last and this century's dictatorships.

Then I debated the Perspective, Approach and ( Selectiveness) of such System and Society when introduced to two travelers ( muslim and non muslim) who supposedly were equal as strangers until the muslim expressed affiliation.

Even when the non muslim was of better ( Ethics, Morals, Virtues, Values and Respect to Land's Law ) : Sadly here also a set of Selective Judicial Social Ethics, Stipulations on human nature and humanity definition's Codes appeared.

Unfortunately these codes are susceptible to a simple ( verbal or physical) declaration regardless of ( Validity, Cedibility or Person's Evidence ).

Clearly this is irrational and shldnt constitue a system foundation nor a component.

*In fact its a form of isolation, alienation and eradication of the Nature and Ideal Unbias Approach of an Ideal Justice and that can't be good*.

Generally I found Faith as a Governing System :

First religiously Selective, very Isolating, preferential and Discriminatory.

Second and most important it dictates and puts grave ( codes) on Humanity definition and ( stipulations) on its nature.

Third irrationally inconsistent.

* For the record, I am not speaking about religion Laws nor about a particular religion but only about Church or as commonly defined Politically as ( Religion based Governing System)*.

Also I am not speaking about ( Inconsistent with Logic) or ( Humanity Codes) or ( Selectiveness) itself only but about each of those issues's impacts.

For example a systematic *( Selectiveness) within a government institution has its impact on the rest and all institutions as well as * Society* and so ( Inconsistencies and Irrationality) and ( Codes on Humanity)*.

Being Bias and Justice.

Logically and scientifically any Governing System : Shld be based and founded on ( Fact), ( Truth) , ( Evidence), * Rational Confrontation of leaders and using Logic only*. It can't be founded nor based on ( A Right) out of all Liberties like Freedom of Expression in this case which :

A person can be privileged to possess but not another.

And 

Can distinguish a person from another due to the * inequality* nature of the system.

* Sadly, logically there are ( reasons) that divided muslims as well as ( followers of other religions) into sects.

I truly believe ( Selectiveness, Humanity Codes, Illogic, Alienation of Universal Justice and it's Approach) , which Religions practice, are the vital factors and reasons*.

* Unfortunately Ideal Justice nature is to be fair to all ( Justice Seekers) or Humanity indiscriminately and not to proceed in favor of one of the seekers as it might seems*.

Unfortunately this is a just one example of * many* where religion based Governing System :

Is very prejudice and preferential.

Won't be fair and actually can't be because it is structured to be so.

Is inconsistent with Logic and Justice.

Catastrophically, this example's impacts and influence don't stop at the Justice System but can spread to reach deep in to State, all Government Institutions and Society , deeper then can be imagined as well as it can * backfire*.

The embarrassing part : I found this analysis also * catastrophically* similar and does apply in to my study :

Constitutional Rights's Codes of Immigrants and Nationals under Secularism based Systems.

I believe if a System puts a code on * Being Human* , eventually those codes ll start influencing ( as in arranging codes for) Humanitarianism then the System itself and sooner or later Humanity and civilization as well.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Secularism, Majority Decision, Universal Justice, Logic and Science

Nature and instincts ll push any man into doing or sacrificing any and all things if put face to face with the danger of death or to save the live of the dearest from death and so a group.

Here I suggested :

(((   What if some conservative nations didn't legalize Genders Equal Rights to Drive.

What if all males or all females of a country forfeited Right to Drive.

What if half of a society of developed nations forfeited Right to Drive or took turn in doing so))).

* Logically * and it is out of honesty to admit that my hypothesis means preventing ( half) of the number of streets accidents and * mathematically* means saving ( half) of the number of accidents related expected deads.

A number that reaches ( hundreds) of lives in some nations yearly.

To understand the value of a ( life) a bit more one must :

Ask what is a family of a victim ( lost to Social Disasters as driving related accidents) willing to * do * to save or bring such life back to life?.

Or

*Publicly* ask national leaders or presidents : What is the government willing to do or sacrifice to prevent a catastrophy that cld cause the death of ( four ) people not ( hundreds)?.

Unfortunately as a multiple fields scientific theories creator and as a theorist I believe that life is *inestimably* irreplaceable.

That is why I also believe that a successful theory doesn't need to save hundreds of lives.

I actually believe saving one life is enough for a theory to be considered successful and earn right to be suggested, financed and applied by government or private establishments.

* Sadly this is just an example out of ( many) where Secularism ( as Democracy and Majority Decision) refused to abide by Logic and Science therefore Justice as well or ( As in this case what Politic and Politicians usually define as people interest or what is better for the public)*.

* Of course that if I assume or consider those who already died and those who ll _be_murdered_  * tomorrow and this year* are people of the ( people and public ), did have rights, do deserve care and owed Indiscriminate Justice*.

The embarrassing part is that : I find it is out of ( Selfishness, Ignorance, Deception, Irresponsibility, Dishonor, Opportunism, and Injustice) for a ( Nations, its Leaders, Groups or an Individual ) to discriminate or * value * own well being but not another ( even if it is a stranger's life).

Especially when Governments , within all current Political Systems, dominate playing the part of the ( Legal Legitimate Guardian Insurer Guaranteer Defender) of individuals Rights and Freedoms.

*Clearly there is the question ( * Why not protecting Right to life now*?) need to be answered*.

The issue which any rational human ll comprehend is the fact that I am talking about an applicable scientific theory plus about a ( hundred percent ) accomplishable profitable ( results, * investment* and achievement) and I am not talking about what is permitted or * reasonable* to negotiate or ( acceptable and considerable) in politic arena and by some activists narcissism and ignorance.

Note ( Unfortunately, Clearly what is considered * Reasonable* by politic and politicians or in Secularism generally is not and in fact contradicting the mathematical or scientific concept of Reason , Rationality and Reasonability) and that * can't be good* Socially, Politically and National Security speaking.

The real catastrophy is the fact that in this theory I only laid the loss due one social disaster, only ( one reality) , which I proved it preventable by ( one) theory and didn't present all losses due to all ( realities) and the * real* number of lives can be saved * tomorrow or this year*.

* Clearly there are " reasons " behind the rates of Social Disasters Related Death and government decades failure in putting an end to such losses*.

Sadly I believe Activism concept of * Reasonable* vs Science's is one of the reasons.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

State, Universal Ideal Justice and Church

After proving that all religions or ( Commandments) preceded ( Religious Laws as in Punishing Laws).

I proved that faith isn't ( Punishing Laws, Doctrines, Clerics and Establishments) and to understand the differences one must analyse ( Feedom of Semitic Belief Affiliation).

Here I debated :

Is separating State and Church :

Separating ( Religions, Doctrines, Establishments and Promoters) from Politic?.

Or 

Eraducating ( Religions Punishing Laws, Identity, Background and Visions) out of civil entity generally and out of a civil conservative entity in particular?.

For the record " I am not speaking about the ban of the use of Religious Speech and Authority as a form of restriction on freedom of speech but about the restriction on the ( Dogma and Message ) that can be reflected by such speech or authority".

At this point I questioned:

Do isolating Clerics and Religion Institutions and supervising ( Speeches and Messages) mean there isn't any democratic nor political representation for religion based group or of religion background conservatives's?.

Then : If Politic does allow ( Religious Movements or Conservatives) political representations :

Is there really a separation of State and Church?.

Personal Note * Separating State and Church success can be validated as a concept and confirmed theoretically, but it is inapplicable in the real world whether society accept such fact or not but that is a fact*.

* Clearly there is at least a reason behind now days social disasters*.

The truth is I believe both questions are exposing the validity of Moderation and Secularism idealogies proving that Democracy , Secularism and Religious ( Background, Speech , Moderators, Conservatives and Idealogy) are either :

Alienation and ban of a group that can be the majority of the people which usually * is* and ll always * relatively* be.

Or

Contradictions of Secularism Idealogy and Secularism political reality.

I proved and introduced a view of today's Politic Evolution's Position or Stage where an *arranged* ( Identity or sets of Intellectual and Civil Rules), were previously *indoctrinated* into a goup as individuals, are actually today *arranging* such group consciousness and awareness abilities.

Sadly ( same as it did previously happen under faith as a Governing System) in fact, too similar , to a point where Moderation , Secularism or the "Moderate" Governing System became politically * in_control_father_figure_like* dictating ( What's better for a group), ( What is a right violation definition) and ( Where and when rights are violated) through a * pre_arranged * definition of a * harm* concept.

Sadly even  when such definition is inconsistent with the concept of ( liberty and safety) and ignoring the fact that ( *Musaic* nature and Diversity) of consciousnesses as in *Perception of Harm, Safety or Liberty* are vital components of a successful civil society.

I proved the inevitability of the falling of Activism, Democracy or Secularism in the ( trap) of the * Advocat Defender* of the National Civil Identity same way faith fell in the ( trap) of the * Guard Protector* of the People Identity.

My theory also explained and proved the *danger* of Modern Politic as the only path toward Polarizing * Voters* in order to reach Power as shown by Najeh Benlahmadi Naoui studies :

Political opportunism and a social group communication.

Laws and loss of an identity.

Unfortunately the truth is many societies during this century supposedly democratically approved :

Religion Dictatorships.

Oppressive Governments and Secular Dictatorships.

Corrupted, Anti-semitic , Bigot and Ignorant Government within many Developed Nations's Democracies.

Sadly it means that world's problem isn't ( Separating State and Church) nor ( Faith) nor ( State) nor ( Separating Laws out of Faith) nor within ( Governing Systems) but within :

People mentality.

People reliance on affiliations that divided a community into groups instead of depending on Logic or an Ideal Justice that unifies people indiscriminately and without inconsistencies.

The truth is I believe my theory and concept of Universal Ideal Justice is very important to a nation foundation probably more than what humanity can possibly fathom and I believe that is the only difference between governing systems.

That is why I also believe this century and next centuries civilization's worst problems are and ll be :

Developed nations are still incapable of breaking the codes of its Unjust Discriminating National Identity.

Conservative nations are still incapable of breaking the codes of its Unjust Discriminating Religion Identity.

( Sadly this also means and again confirms that the prolem isn't State nor Church but the existance of a systematic *Selectiveness and Being Bias* characteristics infested in societies idealogically within well developed and third world nations as well which means the loss and absence of Justice as a nature and concept world wide).
