As an example:

USA attempts to free the world in the seventies ended by terror invitations to USA soil.

Then USA FP GWB * chose * bypassing Congress approval.

Seeding liberty in few nations and in return Human Rights abuse scandals.

Clearly USA as people didn't know about Islam decades ago as mush as they do today and neither the Islamic's.

I believe the future will prove corruption, crimes against humanity, USA Constitution violations and organized crime within the USA had evolved the last decade.

" Energy cant be destroyed only transferred"

When a State raises a war to free a nation or introduces an Idealogy as in this case  democracy , physically or virtually, as a side effect the State "as a nation of Liberty leaders and people " gets affected through and influenced by :

Contacts.

Discovery of new ideologies, practices and choices.

Import of behavior either due to virtual observation or refugees.

Rules of Familiarism DOMINATING Rules of Logic Before Embracing.

Other psycho factors.

You reap what you sow and GAVE it time to grow.

The energy as practices, radicalism, indoctrination, corruption or tyranism fought to be eraducated would be replaced by a bit of moderation seeded and introduced by the State in the tyranny enslaved nation.

Sadly some of the energy fought would be transferred and imported to the State replacing the bit of moderation exported and given to the enslaved nation.

The energy wld be brought back and adopted for many reasons, either because of NS Policies, absence of consciousness, irrationality or the other factors, affecting the State level of security, liberties, freedoms and life style complexity.

Usually the seeded democracy wldn't last long. If it did it wld be partially and barely noticed and the hosting society wld be torn between people identity and political identity.

The most important soon or later the State would find itself fighting the enslaved nations tyranism, practices and corruption in its own society that if it didnt become an abusive nation harboring war criminals and terrorism like them.

Because I am a Law Abiding Citizen

Hypothetically in Tunisia :

(((    If Tunisia political leaders claimed and still claiming that Tunisia is a nation of Institutions and Order that respect and protects its Constitution.

If only five percent of Tunisia govt employees and two percent of Tunisia population are aware of  what Civil Liberties, Civil Rights, Constitutional Rights, Human Rights and Geneva's CAT.

If there is no first law in Tunisia enforcing citizen right to be handed Warrant, Notice or Sworn Writen Order during the simplest Govt-Civilians-Contacts even Routine ID check.

If there is no second law in Tunisia requiring any govt employee to be tought Constitutional Rights, Civil Liberties, Civil Rights, Human Rights and Geneva's CAT.   )))

Under this hypothesis and as a reminder this is just a hypothesis :

Mathematically if the five percent are divided between Tunisia Institutions and its bureaus the percentage will shrink to near zero therefore and mathematically these Institutions are laws, rights and liberties ignorants as if these institutions were not even structured to respect and protect the country laws.

Note " Clearly these institutions are incapable of abiding and applying country law, will fail if tried to do so and actually mathematically " IMPOSSIBLE" to do so."

Mathematically these institutions can't know what torture, complacency as in indifference, marginalization, negligence, racism, prejudice, abuse of discretion، insult , humiliation, ill treatment and related Penal Code are neither BOUNDARIES of each of these catastrophies.

" Clearly these offices can't even avoid violating civilians, breaking national laws and breaking international treaties in a way or another."

Mathematically the people will be also constitutionally ignorants and won't report violations even if told about the violations.

" Sadly in a nation of dictatorships, ignorants ego and sadists, it was and is inevitable."

Mathematically without those two laws Tunisia society will suffer from tyranny, law enforcement abuse, sadism, impunity, brutality , marginalization, profiling, corruption, negligence, embezzlement, indoctrination, cruelty, extortion, raketeering , misjudgements, oppression , misuse of public funds and ignorant cruel criminals in public offices.

Clearly without those two laws any political party or government promise of  political, social and economic reforms , progress or success was and or is a lie, illusion or deception.

Note " Mathematically impossible to make any political, social and economic accomplishment when liberties, rights, human rights, safety and national law aren't secured."

Clearly also without those two laws even if Tunisia govt receives world largest budget, such funds will be wasted on bad investments, wrong plans, sterile economic policies, inefficient reforms, economic developments that serve only politicians interests and salaries and " expenses" of delusional offices evading prosecution.

Sadly and logically : Legislation of those two laws shld have been the goal, dream and purpose of any credible reformers, activists and politicians who claimed being tortured in Tunisia. 

" This fact shld and does concern many countries not only Tunisia."

The embarrassing, interesting and disturbing part is the fact that most Tunisia after revolution political parties claimed being tortured as a result of the absence of those two laws yet held power and parliament for a decade and never legislated those laws.
